Title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Salary: First 3 months 30% on all sales - commission plus all expenses. Thereafter expect a generous basic and fantastic performance related bonus
Hours: Full time
Location: Our target market is located in West and Central London and the Home Counties, Oxon, Bucks, Glos. Worcestershire, Warwickshire, but you will be based from home and possibly once a week working from our West Oxfordshire HQ

Position summary Reporting to the directors, we are looking for someone to start our Business Development / Sales and Marketing department to play the leading part in the development of sales. This will include new and existing business's, managing the sales process from lead generation, through negotiating contracts, to deal closures, ongoing account management and relationship development. The role could develop in any direction and the right person will make a lot of money, as we are generous payers.

Essential job responsibilities

  • Generate new leads, through direct sales approaches
  • Develop existing clients
  • Pitch, negotiation and closure of contracts
  • Face-to-face client liaison
  • Attending trade shows as a face of Aspire
  • Other duties and responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying leads and opportunities
  • Securing meetings and winning business
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Chasing clients for implementation
  • Re-signing existing client contracts
  • Up selling and cross selling Aspire services and partners services
  • Qualifications

  • Solid sales experience - we need an expert

  • PC literate - we need to be able to communicate
